Creation of a 3PL logistics operator for the wholesale marketing of refrigerated foods, which will meet the demand for these services in the National Market and abroad, based on the recovery and expansion of refrigerated storage and distribution capacities. The logistics activities of this operator will be aimed at ensuring the maintenance of the temperature of perishable products, providing services of blending, storage, transportation, and marketing according to the characteristics of each product within the supply chain, from domestic producers or foreign suppliers to the final destination determined by the customers.

Objective:
