Remodeling and equipping of the existing facilities at the "Roberto Nodarse" Shipyard Company in Cabañas, to develop the construction of recreational vessels up to 30 meters in length and to provide reconstruction, maintenance, repair and conversion services for small and medium size boats on land and afloat, aimed at the National Market and recreational boat traffic in the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea.

Objective:
Identify a potential partner to guarantee financing and technology for the remodeling and equipping of the existing facilities of the Roberto Nodarse Shipyard Company in Cabañas, to develop the construction of recreational vessels up to 30 meters in length and provide services of reconstruction, maintenance, repair and conversion of small and medium size boats on land and afloat, aimed at the National Market and recreational boat traffic in the area of the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea.
