Objective:
Through the International Economic Partnership Contract there will be the possibility of access to external financing to carry out the investment for the repair of the facilities, construction of two breakwaters and purchase of equipment. -To obtain financing to have a level of raw materials, materials, parts and equipment, adequate transportation and updated technology for the construction of new vessels and the provision of repair and maintenance services to vessels, floating means and facilities in the shipyard or in the facilities where the shipyard is located. -To achieve the updating and qualification of the shipyard's personnel in new technologies and materials for shipbuilding and ship repair with the participation of foreign technical personnel duly qualified and trained. -To increase the foreign currency income of the country, with the construction of new and more efficient fishing vessels and the provision of services to foreigners.
