Description:
Creation of an organization that allows the transportation of passengers to and from the Mariel Special Development Zone in accordance with international standards (quality of service, management of human resources, technologies and infrastructures) with an adequate maintenance scheme, accompanied by a logistic system that allows optimal performance and use of assets, mainly means of transportation, obtaining greater efficiency in business management. This project is expected to achieve differentiated, timely and necessary financing for the resources demanded by the service; gradually position the railroads as the main link in passenger transportation and acquire multiple equipment to transport 42,000 passengers per day.
